Our business has over 250 janitorial accounts. Our leadership structure, staff composition and experience, provides us with the strength and confidence needed to deliver quality service to your organization.

Dave Moore, owner of our firm has 26 years experience with ServiceMaster. He worked for ServiceMaster Corporate for 15 years working with franchises in system training, system implementation and business development. For the past 11 years, he has been the owner of the Carol Stream franchise.

Dave Clark, our General Manager has 14 years of Operation Management. He has served as Director of Sales & Marketing and currently is the General Manager for the business.

Steve Lusk, Project Manager has 25 years experience in janitorial services. Prior to ServiceMaster Steve was the Director of Facilities for the Dupage Convalescent Home for 9 years..

Edgar Solis, Operation Manager has been with ServiceMaster for 6 years. On the Operational Team, we have the following composition:


Account Managers:

  • Arcadio Orozco - 14 years experience with ServiceMaster
  • Roger - 2 years experience with ServiceMaster - 4 year experience in the industry

We have 8 Janitorial Supervisors, 3 substitute cleaners and 150 house keepers.


Three Customer Relations Managers:

  • Karney Dunah - 10 years experience with ServiceMaster
  • Chad Parker - 5 years experience with ServiceMaster
  • Nathan O'Bryon - Owner of Customer Relations Company - 5 months with ServiceMaster
