Owner Dave Moore has a history with ServiceMaster that spans almost three decades. He worked for ServiceMaster Corporate offices for fifteen years helping franchises in system training, system implementation and business development. He has owned the Carol Stream franchise for almost fifteen years.

Our Customer Relations Staff

• David Clark, General Manager - Dave has fifteen years' experience in operation management, and has been with ServiceMaster since 2004. He manages the operational and sales teams, working continuously to improve our procedures and processes. In addition, he researches new services and product lines so that we can offer cutting-edge solutions to meet our customers' needs. Dave plays an active role in customer service, sales and project management. He enjoys the challenge of providing solutions and service to help resolve customers' problems.
• Nathan O'Bryon, Customer Relations Manager - Nathan has been with ServiceMaster since 2007. He is actively involved in business development by forging strategic relationships, customer acquisition and sales. Nathan enjoys working with a great team of people who are committed to quality and excellence.
• Chad Parker, Customer Relations Manager - Chad has been with the ServiceMaster family since 2002. He worked for ServiceMaster Corporate for five years, and joined our local franchise in 2007. Chad works with our building contacts to develop customized janitorial services and customized floor care programs to ensure that their facilities look and feel clean.
• Edgar Solis, Operations Manager - Edgar has been with our company since 2004. He provides customer service, conducts daytime building inspections and oversees all our operations. With fifteen years' cleaning experience, Edgar understands the unique needs our customers face.

  Our Corporate Objectives

  Marion E. Wade, founder of ServiceMaster, had a very strong system of moral and ethical principles he instilled in his company from its inception. These core beliefs have also become our primary objectives:
